Who has access to my TGA approvals?
Only verified and registered partner pharmacies have access. Access is restricted to APHRA registered pharmacists.
What types of documents should I upload?

Is the portal secure?
Yes. The system uses encrypted cloud storage and secure login protocols.
Do I need to upload each patient’s approval?
No. This platform is for Authorised Prescriber pathway approvals
How do I update or replace a document?
The system automatically archives expired documents. When your approval expires, you will need to upload a new one once you receive your updated documents.
What if I prescribe for multiple clinics?
Accounts are created per doctor, not per clinic. So if you work across multiple clinics, that’s fine, you can disclose the clinics you’re associated with during sign-up.
